  1. 1. Are the robes a one size fit all?

    No, our sizes have been designed for both men and women to cater for all body types from XS to XXL. Please refer to our Size Guide for more information.

  2. 2. Do I have to pay for the personalised embroidery (monogramming)?

    We offer a personalisation service on our Classic Robes. There are options to select products with or without personalisation.
  3. 3. How long will it take to process my order? 

    Please allow 1 - 5 business days for your products to be embroidered. This does not include delivery time which could range from 1 - 7 business days depending on the delivery method chosen.

    We also have Rush Priority shipping available as a shipping option which will allow your order to be prioritised first.
  4. 4. I realised I placed an order and put in the wrong initials, can I return it?

    As soon as you realise this, please email us at hello@mycloudy.com.au or contact us on our socials. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we have already personalised your order. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information.

    Please wash before wear Wash garment in cold, gentle machine wash to ensure dirt and body oils are completely removed Wash with like colours Do not soak, bleach, rub or wring Dry flat in shade Do not tumble dry Do not dry clean Do not iron Check out our Care Instructions  for more information. 
  6. 6. What currency are the prices listed at?

    We are proudly based in Australia and our prices are set in Australian Dollars (AUD). 
  7. 7. What payment methods do you accept? 

    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Gpay and ApplePay,  Afterpay and Zip. 
  8. 8.Where can I track my order? 

    We use Australia Post for all domestic orders within Australia. Once the order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a Tracking Number. You can then use Australia Post’s tracking function to see where your order is.
