Are the robes a one size fit all? No, our sizes have been designed for both men and women to cater for all body types from XS to XL. Please refer to our Size Guide for more information.

Do I have to pay for the personalised embroidery (monogramming)? Our personalisation service is complimentary for all our Classic Robes. Personalise your robe with single or double initials to make it as unique as you are. Choose from our various styles from bold, serif or cursive fonts. Each robe is carefully embroidered to ensure that we can tailor it just for you. -

How long will it take to process my order? Please allow up to 5 business days for your products to be embroidered. If you have any special requests, please contact us via our Contact form or email hello@mycloudy.com.au -

I realised I placed an order and put in the wrong initials, can I return it? As soon as you realise this, please email us at hello@mycloudy.com.au or contact us on our socials. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we have already personalised your order. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information. -

What are the care instructions? What currency are the prices listed at? We are proudly based in Australia and our prices are set in Australian Dollars (AUD). -

What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Gpay and ApplePay. -

Where can I track my order? We use Australia Post for all domestic orders within Australia. Once the order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a Tracking Number. You can then use Australia Post’s tracking function to see where your order is.
