Standard Shipping (Australia):
Standard shipping is free for all orders.

Once your order has been processed, the expected delivery times for Standard Shipping is 2-6 business days depending on your location.

Express Shipping (Australia):
There is a flat rate of $15.00 on all domestic express shipping orders.

Once your order has been processed, the expected delivery times for Express Shipping  is 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Standard Shipping (New Zealand):
There is a flat rate of $14.95 on all New Zealand standard shipping orders (for orders under $100).

There is a flat rate of $20.95 on all New Zealand standard shipping orders (for orders over $100).

Once your order has been processed, the expected delivery times for Express Shipping is 7-14 business days depending on your location.


Express Shipping (New Zealand):
There is a flat rate of $24.95 on all New Zealand standard shipping orders (for orders under $100).

There is a flat rate of $33.50 on all New Zealand standard shipping orders (for orders over $100).

Once your order has been processed, the expected delivery times for Express Shipping is 5-8 business days depending on your location.

Processing
We aim to process all orders within 5 business days of the order being placed.

You will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched and can use the Australian Post website to track your orders.

Damage Or Lost In Transit
All items are inspected carefully during packing to ensure they are in perfect condition before we ship it to you. Once the parcel has been forwarded to our shipping carrier, Mycloudy is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit. As the customer or receiver, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier.
