Here at Mycloudy, we have a strict no-return or exchange policy that applies to all personalised products sold through our store unless the condition of the item differs from that advertised on our site. However, if the item is not personalised and in the original, unworn condition, the items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days from purchase date. The return shipping label will cost you a fee dependent on your location.
Please utilize our size guide and ensure the size purchased is correct as we cannot offer returns or exchanges for personalised items based on incorrect sizing. Please also ensure that the personalisation details are correct for embroidery fonts or letters as we cannot offer returns or exchanges based on incorrect input.
Each order is thoroughly quality checked to ensure that all details are correct including product sizes and embroidery details.
